Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked treatment value.

All new clients are required to undergo a consultation prior to treatment. Consultation fees apply unless otherwise stated.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment.

Clinical photographs form part of your treatment record and progress monitoring.

Photos will not be shared without consent. Refusal of photography may limit our ability to perform or continue treatment.
